As director of seafood, I’m responsible for developing and implementing a consumer aquaculture campaign called Seafood Smart. I think, talk and research seafood 24 hours a day while I work with an amazing team to deliver the message of responsible aquaculture to chefs, retailers, food service providers, other aquaria and consumers nationwide. Outside of work, my number one priority is spending time with my daughter. Luckily, she loves all the same things that I do! I am a certified yoga instructor and we do a lot of yoga together. Travel is our other huge love—we live in an amazing world and love to explore, from the tiniest bug to the tallest mountain.
