How to Apply Your Ticket Price Toward the Cost of a Membership

Within 30 days of your purchase you are welcome to apply a portion of the cost of General Admission tickets to a new membership for those ticketholders. Please note that ticket purchases from multiple visits cannot be combined and the cost of 4-D movies on the receipt is not eligible to be deducted from the price of the membership.

Dual 2 adult general admission tickets
Family 2 adult general admission tickets and up to four children’s tickets
Ocean Ambassador 4 adult general admission tickets and up to six children’s tickets

If you purchased the tickets online: Please give us a call at 410-659-4230 (9 am to 4:30 pm, daily), and we will be able to apply the cost of the tickets to a membership.

If you purchased the tickets on-site at the box office: You must have the original paper receipt for the tickets. Please mail us the receipt, along with a completed membership application form and a check for the remaining balance. These items should be sent to the National Aquarium, c/o Membership, 501 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
