How to Apply Your Ticket Price Toward the Cost of a Membership

Within 30 days of your purchase you are welcome to apply a portion of the cost of General Admission tickets to a new membership for those ticketholders. Please note that ticket purchases from multiple visits cannot be combined and the cost of 4D movies on the receipt is not eligible to be deducted from the price of the membership.

Individual 1 adult general admission ticket
Dual 2 adult general admission tickets
Family 2 adult general admission tickets and up to four children’s tickets
Ocean Ambassador 2 adult general admission tickets and up to six children’s tickets


If you purchased the tickets online: Please give us a call at 410-659-4230 (9 am to 4:30 pm, daily), and we will be able to apply the cost of the tickets to a membership.

If you purchased the tickets on-site at the box office: You must have the original paper receipt for the tickets. Please mail us the receipt, along with a completed membership application form and a check for the remaining balance. These items should be sent to the National Aquarium, c/o Membership, 501 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
