Make the most of your experience at the Aquarium by attending a free teacher orientation prior to your field trip. The 60-minute teacher orientation includes:
- Information about the Aquarium's animal collection
- An insider's look at new exhibits
- Chaperone tips
- A review of the reservation process
- Ideas for pre- and post-visit activities
- Free curriculum materials
Maryland Requirement for Teachers
- The orientation is required if you are: Accompanying a group from Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, or Prince George's counties or Baltimore City AND
- Visiting the Aquarium during the free period (September 1, 2007 – February 29, 2008)
Attending once permanently satisfies the orientation requirement for Maryland teachers.

Following orientation, teachers may tour the Aquarium at no cost.
