Policies & Procedures
Your tour will last approximately 2.5 hours. Following the tour, you will have time to explore the Aquarium at your leisure. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver. Please wear non-slip shoes (no flip-flops, Crocs, or heels), as we will be entering some behind-the-scenes areas. At the time of booking, please notify Central Reservations of any guests with special needs, including medical conditions.
Arrive Early
To ensure you receive the best experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled program time. As a courtesy to other guests on your tour, your guide is unable to wait for late arrivals. Your tour will meet at the Aquarium staff entrance on Pier 3.
Stay Late
Your Immersion Tour admission is good for a full day of Aquarium exploration! If you’d like to leave the building and re-enter later that day, get your hand stamped at the main exit of the Pier 3 Pavilion. Check with a staff member for the last entry time of the day.
Call Ahead
The health of the animals is our primary concern; therefore, any tour may be canceled or modified without notice if it is in the animals' best interest.
If the Aquarium cancels your program, you will have the option of rescheduling for another date or receiving a full refund. To ensure that your tour has not been canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen events, please call 410-576-8822 two hours prior to the program time on the day of your visit. If you miss your tour due to late arrival, no refund can be provided.
