Watershed Explorers Camp is a week-long day camp that will introduce students to the dynamics of watersheds, from water chemistry to animal identification and human impact. The camp will include three days of field experience on the Anacostia River: a canoe trip, a boat trip, and wetland grass planting.
We invite students in grades 6–8 who are enrolled in a District of Columbia public or public charter school to apply!
Applications must be postmarked by April 30, 2013. Sessions for the 2013 Watershed Explorers Camp: June 24-28, July 8-12, July 22-26, and August 5-9.
