Baltimore, Md. (June 26, 2003)--M&T Bank welcomes tides of change this summer by underwriting a discount promotion, “M&T Bank Mornings,” at the National Aquarium in Baltimore.
Beginning July 1, 2003, the $3 discount coupons will be available at www.aqua.org. Coupon holders must enter the Aquarium before 11:00 a.m. and present the coupon to receive the discount. The promotion runs through September 30, 2003.
“M&T Bank is pleased to support the Aquarium and offer the community a great money-saving opportunity,” says Woody Collins, President and Chief Operating Officer of M&T Bank's Mid-Atlantic Division. “With this discount, a family of four can save $12, enjoy quality time together, and see animals from all over the world in beautiful settings.”
The Aquarium is home to nearly 11,000 animals from 600 species in award-winning, recreated habitats. This summer, visitors can have close encounters with sharks during Shark Quest, a new exploration, and they can also see the Aquarium’s blockbuster exhibit Seahorses: Beyond Imagination. Admission also includes a dolphin show.
M&T Bank has more than $51 billion in assets and 700 branches. M&T's Mid-Atlantic Division is headquartered in Baltimore.
The National Aquarium in Baltimore, a non-profit organization, is Maryland’s leading attraction, hosting more than 1.5 million visitors per year. The Aquarium’s mission is to connect people with aquatic life in order to create a better world for both. It’s dedicated to education and conservation through a wide variety of programs that serve the environment and the community.
