November 11, 2004 – Baltimore, Md. - The National Aquarium in Baltimore appreciates your interest in Bob the dolphin’s condition. While Bob has eaten consistently this week and he continues to interact with our animal care and medical staff members, his health status has not changed substantially since we last released news of his condition. His condition remains critical and our veterinary staff and marine mammal team evaluate him daily. We maintain 24-hour watches, continue to hydrate him, and provide antibiotic and other medical therapies daily. We remain guardedly optimistic of his prognosis and will keep you posted on his status.
