Elevators
Elevators displaying the wheelchair accessibility symbol have been designated for use by visitors who use wheelchairs while touring both Aquarium buildings.
Express Entry
Visitors with special needs and their parties may purchase tickets at the Members / Accessible entrance and gain immediate entry to the Aquarium, thereby avoiding the chance of a wait at the main ticket center.
Parking
There is no on-site parking. Visitors may be dropped off at our circular bus drop-off spot in front of the Aquarium. Get information about downtown parking locations.
Reserved Seating
Reserved areas for the dolphin presentation provide you and your guests with a magnificent view of these marine mammals.
Special Visit Times
Avoid the crowd by visiting on the first Saturday and first Sunday of the month. Our First Saturdays and First Sundays program allows visitors with special needs and their guests to enter 30 minutes before the Aquarium opens to the general public.
Service Animals
Service animals are allowed in all public areas of the Aquarium.
Wheelchairs/Strollers Route
A companion Accessibility Guide and Map is available for those who follow the specially designed wheelchair/stroller route. This can be obtained at the Accessibility / Members’ entrance and at the stroller check as well as at all information desks or downloaded from the box on the right side of this page.
Wheelchairs/Strollers Use in the Building
Guests may obtain wheelchairs free of charge with the deposit of a driver's license at the Stroller Check located on the ground level and across the hall after entering through the Members’ / Accessible entrance. Wheelchairs are available in limited numbers, on a first-come, first-serve basis for use inside the Aquarium. Strollers for children with disabilities are the only strollers allowed in the buildings. An Aquarium tag, picked up from the stroller Check, must be displayed while touring.
