Ed's Path Since Release

Update: June 26, 2007

Several weeks have now passed without a successful signal from Ed's satellite tag. Factors such as weather, location, battery life of the tag, and erosion of the adhesive used to hold it in place can lead to a lack of transmission.  The device affixed to Ed's back operates using a battery pack which typically sends a signal for approximately 30 days. We wish safe travels to Ed!
