At the National Aquarium we have so much to offer to our home state of Maryland – Chesapeake Bay wetland restoration initiatives, educational opportunities for students, community outreach efforts, special programming for users with special needs, and special offer days. Our activities right here in Maryland are a key part of our global mission.
Now, we are pleased to add a special offer exclusively for Maryland residents – Maryland Mornings. Visitors showing proof of Maryland residency will receive $8 off an adult admission, $4 off a child admission and $5 off a senior admission when they visit before noon, Sunday-Friday from Monday, October 22, 2012 to Thursday, February 28, 2013.
Maryland Morning admission prices are as follows:
Adult: $21.95 ($8 off regular price)
Child: $16.95 ($4 off regular price)
Senior: $21.95 ($5 off regular price)
Visitors must purchase Maryland Mornings tickets on-site at the National Aquarium, Baltimore ticket center prior to 12:00 noon. Visitors must show proof of Maryland residency: driver’s license, Maryland ID, utility bill, etc. to receive special price.
Maryland Morning is not valid on Saturdays and other blackout dates including:
- Black Friday (November 23)
- The week of Christmas (December 23 – 28)
- Sunday and Monday of MLK weekend (January 20 – 21)
- Sunday and Monday of President’s Day (February 17 – 18)
- Saturday and Sunday of Dollar Days (December 8-9)
- Other blackout dates may be added
National Aquarium’s mission is to inspire conservation of the world’s aquatic treasures, and our home state of Maryland is a key part of this global pledge. Maryland Mornings are one of the ways for us to show our appreciation to our fellow community members. National Aquarium may have a reach that spans across the country and world, but our roots are in Maryland and many of our conservation and education efforts are based here. We’re happy to offer this and other programs for our local guests.
