National Aquarium Hosts Evening with Jeremy Wade of Animal Planet's "River Monsters"

Join National Aquarium and Jeremy Wade of Animal Planet’s popular TV show “River Monsters” for the Marjorie Lynn Bank Lecture Series on Monday, April 8 at 7:00 p.m. During the event, attendees will hear Wade speak about his up-close experiences with exotic, aquatic creatures and will have the opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A session. Following the lecture and Q&A session, guests can enjoy a wine and cheese reception and book signing. Books will be available for purchase at the event.

The world's most fearless fisherman, Wade is a biologist, teacher, writer and television host who has been traveling (mostly solo) to the world's most remote rivers for over 25 years. Wade has encountered some of the strangest and most terrifying fish out there and has risked his life more than once to document the stories of hundreds of fish and the cultures where they live. Wade holds a degree in zoology from Bristol University and a postgrad teaching certificate in biological sciences from the University of Kent.
