How to Apply Your Ticket Purchase Toward an Annual Membership

Within 30 days of your visit you are welcome to apply a portion of the cost of your General Admission ticket purchase to a new membership for those ticketholders.

If you purchased your tickets online: Please contact us at 410-659-4230, from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Sunday to activate your membership by phone.

If you purchased your tickets at the National Aquarium: You must have the original paper receipt for the tickets. Please mail us the receipt, along with a completed membership application form and a check for the remaining balance to: National Aquarium, c/o Membership, 501 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Please note that ticket purchases from multiple visits cannot be combined and the cost of 4D movies on the receipt is not eligible to be deducted from the price of the membership. Membership balance is due at the time of activation.
