Enjoy, Respect, Protect Our Choice This Friday is our annual World Holiday Traditions celebration, and this year our young visitors will create holiday greeting cards from recycled materials for our service men and women. National Aquarium staff and volunteers have been collecting used holiday cards for this very special arts-and-crafts activity. The recycled cards will be delivered to U.S. military, veterans, and their families, many of whom will be far away from home this holiday season, through the Red Cross Holiday Mail for Heroes program. Your Choice Join us for our World Holiday Traditions celebration this Friday evening to make a holiday greeting card from recycled materials for our service men and women. For those of you who can't join us this Friday, here are some other great ideas for up-cycling your used greeting cards that we found online:
